JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Research and Statistical Services oversees the implementation of operational plans for the Development section in support of the strategic direction and plans of the Research Department. This includes contribution to the development of detailed operational plans including priorities and objectives. The incumbent works closely with the Manager, Research Operations, and the Director, Research to ensure that departmental and organizational priorities, projects/initiatives, operations and resources are appropriately managed. Close collaboration with managers or delegates from other departments is also required. This position acts as a liaison and advisor to various internal clients in the development of new or enhanced business solutions and/or the optimization of service delivery. The incumbent also represents the CMPA in dealings and negotiations with various external contacts and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS:
