Science Lab Instructor Faculty of Arts and Science The Department of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for a full time continuing Science Lab Instructor position in Statistics commencing January 1, 2012. The successful candidate will be expected to prepare and teach first and second year Statistics Labs. To be considered for the position, which includes a full range of benefits, applicants should have a degree (Master’s preferred) in Mathematics or Statistics through applicants with graduate degrees in related disciplines will be considered. A demonstrated excellence in teaching Statistics labs is expected and applicants should have strong written and oral communication skills in English. Applicants should submit a covering letter with curriculum vitae, a teaching statement including student evaluations, and transcripts. Candidates should also arrange for three letters of reference to be sent under separate cover. This position is included under the Faculty Association collective agreement. Employment Category: Full Time Continuing Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
