Welcome to on-line registration for SSC 2007 to be held in Memorial. To register for the meeting use the link given below.

When you will arrive at Memorial, we will welcome you individually in the atrium of the Inco Innovation Centre (IIC) (located in the centre of the campus of the university) during the on-site registration on Saturday, June 9 from 14:00 to 22:00 and on Sunday, June 10 from 11:00 to 18:00, where you will also receive your registration package. The welcoming reception for all participants will take place at the R. Gushue Hall on Sunday, June 10 from 18:30 to 20:30.

A special evening is planned for Monday, June 11. This event will begin with a barbeque dinner from 17:30 to 19:00 to take place on the campus, followed by a multicultural music and dance program in Memorial’s Reid theatre in the Arts and Administrative Building, from 19:30 to 21:30. The cost of the event will be $30 per person except the registered graduate students who will enjoy the event free of cost as the courtesy of the society. When you book your ticket for this event during the registration, do not forget to indicate your choice of meal for the barbeque.

The banquet of the meeting will take place at the R. Gushue Hall on Tuesday at 19:00. The cost of an extra ticket is $65. Once again do not forget to indicate your banquet dinner choice while registering. Your tickets for reception, barbeque, cultural program and banquet will be available in your registration package.

With regard to the hotel booking, you will need to book your room by May 9 to enjoy the special conference rates. As June is a relatively busy tourist month in St. John’s, we recommend that you book your hotel as soon as possible. Also book your special tour/s by the dead line.

Also note that on Sunday, June 10, the Bio-statistics, the Survey Methods and the Business and Industrial Statistics workshops will take place in IIC 2001, AA-1043 (Arts and Administration Annex), and AA-1046, respectively.
