Every meeting room will have a computer or a laptop. You must bring the talk in pdf or postscript format on either a CD or USB memory key and reach your room 20 minutes prior to the session so that talks can be transferred onto the computer or laptop. A volunteer will help getting this done and will also be present to get the data projectors set up and running. As an alternative, every room will have an overhead projector in case any speakers would like to make use of slides/transparencies. Also every room has the facilities for making MS Power Point 2003 based presentation.
